This is my second tempt to make this soft banana cake, but the top layer i have added the chocolate to make this nice and delicious soft cake.

Moist Chocolate Mini Cupcake

Tomorrow will be the fourth day of CNY and all children has to get prepare to return to school.  My children who study at preschool will be having a small party and each student has to bring along snacks to school.  My son requested sweets but i prefer him to bring other healthy snacks.  So i decided to make this cupcakes using dark chocolate and cut down the sugar intake to make this delicious mini cupcakes.

Chocolate custard Nutty Cream Puffs

Today i specially made this cream puffs with added of almonds nuts and chocolate custard for my friends and family who came over to our house for CNY visiting.   My family, friends and their kids just love it.  Especially when it was eaten cold out from the fridge.

Chinese New Year Cookies

Chinese new year is around the corner and every one is busy doing spring cleaning, shopping and baking cookies. This year was my busier day, I have a bulk of orders of tarts and other cookies from friends and relatives. It quite tiring as I have to spend the whole days in kitchen, baking and baking...

But it worth the effort as all the cookies are hand made by me and most important my friends and family like it.  Here, i wish every one a Happy and prosperity 2010 year!! Gong Xi, Gong Xi.....
