Eggless Pineapple Tart
My girl has been pestered me for the pass few days to bake her pineapple tart as she is craving for it. Since i still have the leftover paste, i agreed to her request to bake some pineapple tart but without using any egg. This version of tarts are much healthier than those tart that added eggs. My girl and my boy just love it and keep asking for more and requested to bring some to school tomorrow.

Durian Mousse Cake
Another two days away will be my father's birthday. As his birthday fall on weekdays, we decided to celebrate his birthday in advance. My father is not that fancy about cakes, so i decided to use his favourite fruit, durian, to bake a mousse cake. At least he ate a few mouthful of the cake...:)
