Baking Competition

My twin sister went for a baking competition last week and came in 2nd place. she is Lead Captain together with her chefs displayed fine culinary skills combined with great teamwork and made 6 identical professional looking cakes which was 1 of the key criteria in judging by the (Baking Industry Training Centre) BITC chefs. Pitied is that i not there to cheer her up but anyway she done a great job...Yip Yip Horarry....
