Moist Durian Cake
Recently my mother in law gave me a box of fresh durians that she and her friends have picked at the forest. As it was too much, i decided to bake durian cake for her and my colleagues to try. The cake turn out to be moist and fragrant. we love it!
Pandan Bakar Mini
Saw this recipe from aunty yochana blog, and i decided to give it a try. I added too little of pandan juices and the colour of the cake doesnt look attractive. As i'm using oven to bake instead of putting under the stove, the cake turn out quite ok but slightly hard. Haiz.... i will do it again until i get the texture as aunty yochana.
