Kuih Seri Meka

This is my family's favourite and this is my second time making this kuihs.  The fresh cocount milk and Padan juice that extracted from pandan leaves gave out the wonderful fragrant.  The texture are just right and delicious.

Recipe
----------
Ingredients A for gultious rice
275g thin cocount milk
1/2 tsp salt
a few pandan leaves
275g of glutinous rice - soak for 4 hours

Ingredients B for pandan paste
150g thick cocount cream
pinch of salt
1 tbsp of pandan juices - extracted from pandan leaves
a few drops of green colouring
2 tbsp of plain flour
80g of castor sugars
2 eggs

Methods
---------
1) Add Ingredients A on a cake tin and steam it on big fire for 20 mins
2) Add eggs and stir it well, add all the ingredients B and mix well until sugar dissolves. Strain the batter to eliminate lumps.
3) before pouring in the paste to the rice, discard the pandan leaves and press the rice down with the back of a spoon. Steam over medium heat for 15 mins. (wipe the steamer cover)
