Milk Biscuits & Plain cupcakes

My colleague will be going for a week holiday with her family and she requested me to bake a healthy biscuits and mini cupcakes for her one year old daugther.  I managed to find a simple recipes using fresh milk and i cut down on sugar to make this crisp, soft and nice cookies and cupcakes.
