Chocolate Fudge Cake

Today is my nephew's 10th birthday.  Instead of buying a birthday cake, i decided to make one for him.  As this is my first time baking a birthday cake,  i simply added chocolate fudge on the cake and chill it in the fridge till overnight. I have added some strawberries and M&M chocolate to make it colourful and beautiful.

Curry Fish Head

Tonight bought a fresh fish and cooked this tasty and spicy fish head curry.

boiled moist fruit cake

This recipe is easy as it does not need mixer and folding of dry ingredients, instead it was to use wooden spoon or any spoon to mix the ingredients until well mix.  As far as i know, fruits cake is dry and has added a lot of  dry fruits, nuts and brandy. And it can keep for few weeks.  This cake that i have baked is moist and delicious.

Butter Biscuits

My girl requested me to make dough for her to play by using her nice cookies cutter and decorated it with their features.  With my caregiver helps, she managed to finish all the dough but did not complete decorating it as she is eager to wash up my bakewares (so that she can play with water too)...
