Happy belated Mooncake Festival to everyone! These are new versions of  Hello Kitty snow skin mooncakes.  Many thanks to my colleague who bought this cute little mould for me. My kids love them! 

Snowskin mooncakes with white lotus paste

Mooncake festival is around the corner, and every one is busy baking and packing to give away to their loves one. Me, no exception also busy making snowskin mooncakes for my parents, in laws and relatives. As i have no time to buy other favour paste, i just stick on white lotus paste and durian paste to make this traditional snow skin mooncakes.
