Durian Ice Cake & Puffs @ Baking Class

Last saturday, my colleagues and I attended a baking class that taught us how to bake durian ice cake and puffs. we are quite excited about it because every one of us loves DURIANS! During the lesson, we try to concentrate and follow chef's instruction. We are glad that the pastries turn out wonderful. All of us and our family enjoy it very much.
