This is a great deep fry pork tempura, recipe is from women's weekly magazine but i did some changes. after deep fry is crunchy but after half an hour it turn soft but is still very yummy. especially dip with mayo or chilli sauce.. This is one of my son's favourite dish.

Hi Mr pineapple man, thank you for your comment, mmmm not exactly as Tonkatsu is using breaded but this recipe is using only plain flour.
