Yam Chiffon Cake

Yam or Taro are my favourites.  Either foods, pastries or kuih that contains Yam or paste, i will surely buy and try. Since i have some leftover yam,  i decided to bake Yam Chiffon cake.  The yam are steamed and mashed and mixed into the ingredients.  The cake is so fluffy, light and the smell of the  yam make me want to have more...
