My father-in-law loves Bananas. Banana not only have vitamins but also give us energy. So every weekly my in-law will buy a bunch of banana for my family. Banana can turn ripe very fast, so to prevent for throwing it away, we will always try to finish up or think of ways to use up. As the old banana are too ripe to consume (my in law has bought a new bunch of banana), i decided to bake this soft banana cake from this favourite blog, Nasi Lemak Lover http://nasilemaklover.blogspot.com.
